Do you offer proofs before making my item?

If you would like to see a proof, please leave a note at checkout or contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Production will not begin until the proof has been approved.

How long does it take to make my order?

All items are made to order. Please allow 1-4 business daysfor your item to be laser engraved and prepared before shipping. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can usually be made prior to proof approval or before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
